Meet Our Customer Service Team

Rachel grew up in California and Colorado, and graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Rachel was trained in customer service at Nordstrom and worked there for over three years. At Nordstrom, Rachel acquired a love for fashion and design and especially a love for working with people. Rachel joined the Tail of the Lion customer service team in October 2007. She loves animals and enjoys spending her time with family and friends, cooking, doing outdoor activities.
Joshua grew up in the Seattle area and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. His past work experience is in construction and project management, which enables him to have a full understanding of Tail of the Lion's diverse product offerings. Joshua brings a relaxed and helpful approach to customer service. He has been with Tail of the Lion for 4 years. When he is not working, Joshua enjoys time with his family, wandering the hills around his home and making wine.
Elana is a self-described 'jack of all trades'. Although she has a degree in International Relations, Elana's work experience runs the gamut from the field of jewelry and antique appraisal to clothing design and catering. A member of the Tail of the Lion team since 2006, Elana juggles her time between working, raising her two adorable children and cooking up a storm.
Alan was born and raised in Phoenix and he attended Arizona State University. He's always enjoyed helping people and splits his time at Tail of the Lion between providing courteous customer service and helping with the technological side of the business. Alan joined the Tail of the Lion team in 2006 and enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends, helping with home improvement projects and scuba-diving.

To ensure that our customers are paying the lowest possible prices on all light fixtures and lighting accessories, OnTrackLighting.com is pleased to offer a price match guarantee on all of its products.  If you find the same product advertised for less, call on our customer service representatives or email the advertisement directly to our customer service center, and we will respond with a price quote prepared especially for you.

To make your online shopping experience even more pleasant, OnTrackLighting.com offers free shipping on all purchases over $500.  Calculating your shipping costs for purchases under $500 is simple - just place your items into the shopping cart and use the built in Shipping Calculator on the same page.  Placing items into your shopping cart does not obligate you to make complete the purchase- feel free to make your purchase then or keep on shopping!

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly offer you a refund, less a 25% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges.  Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the customer’s receipt of order.  Customers wishing to return their purchase should contact our customer service center or email us immediately upon inspection of their products to arrange for a return.  All products must be returned in their original packaging without any damage.  We do not accept returns on custom orders, special orders, lamp shades, tools/accessories or sale items.
