Shipping Policy

At On Track Lighting, our aim is to please our customers. Once you’ve completed your purchase, we work diligently to ensure that your items arrive quickly and safely. All of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Shipping costs are based on the size, shape and weight of the item, plus how the item is packaged. All orders of more than $500.00 from one manufacturer will be shipped to the customer free of charge.

We employ two different types of shipping, UPS and freight. UPS is used on smaller items and generally costs less for small orders. Freight shipping is used on large items and/or large orders. Typically, the larger the order, the smaller the freight price will be relative to the order price. Regardless of whether the order is sent via UPS or freight, items usually arrive within a few days of being shipped from the manufacturer.

If you want to calculate your shipping costs simply place the items you like in your shopping cart and click 'Proceed to Checkout'. On the next page, enter your state and zip code and click 'Calculate Shipping'. Feel free to make your purchase then or keep on shopping!

Return Policy

Once your purchase has arrived, we hope that you will be completely satisfied. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your purchase, we’ve created a hassle-free return policy for your convenience.

To return an item, you must initiate the return within 15 days of delivery. Please be in contact with an On Track Lighting customer service representative who will give you a return authorization number (RMA). You cannot return any item without this number. Our Customer Service team does its best to respond to all questions within 24 hours during the regular work week. Upon receipt of your items, On Track Lighting will issue you a refund for all returned items, minus a 25% restocking fee and all applicable shipping fees. We do not accept returns on any special order fixtures, light bulbs, lamp shades, lighting accessories or sale items. Customers may cancel orders without penalty if the item has not yet shipped.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please include a photograph of the damage and return the item in its original product packaging.
